UpLift

Colorado UpLift focuses on building long-term life changing relationships with Urban Youth. Through our two courses, we focus on helping students grow in leadership. Our Intro Course is freshmen focused as they learn how to lead themselves, while our Lift Leader Course is focused on leading others through our 13 Character Qualities & Skills; Caring, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Career-Minded, Courage, Goal-Setting, Problem Solving Leadership, Decision Making, Communication, Vision, & Positive Work Ethic. While in the Lift Leader Course, they also learn about giving back to their community by teaching 4th-5th graders once a week at a local Elementary School.
