2022 5th Grade Stop Motion Animation

For this project, students followed the design process in which they set a goal, made a plan, created an animation, and then worked on improving it.  They had to make small changes over several slides so that when we played it back at a fast speed, it would appear as though the objects were moving or changing. It's similar to how people make stop motion animation films using clay, puppets, or drawings, but we made digital versions using google slides.
