Welcome to PSY 1001! This course will introduce you to a wide range of diverse topics in the field of Psychology. Throughout the semester we will complete course work (i.e., readings, discussions, activities, projects, and field trips) that explores fundamental themes in the history of psychology, human behavior, emotions, dreams, memory, genetics and so much more. By exploring the contributions of psychology to explain the human experience, we can develop better relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
