Chaperone Policy
- The chaperone policy is 15:1 as per your numbers on the last day of registration.
Closing Ceremony Policy
- Pay $30 to have materials shipped if not staying for entire closing ceremony.
Other Policies
Students need to bring an ID for competitive event check in
*Can be school ID or drivers license
Objective Tests are now 50 minutes and online at Regionals. ALL Competitors MUST bring their own laptops
Technology set-up time is now 3 minutes long.
NO TECHNOLOGY may be handed to the judges at any competition. --Tech must fit on the table in front of the judges (or be held by the performers) and performers control the tech
Substitution changes:
There are NO substitutions.
Competitors in a team event MUST stay the same through each level of competition.
EX: A team registered for (3) people but one is sick the day of Regionals, the team is now a team of (2) at Regionals and SLC and NLC.
Dress Code: 5-point deduction for Dress Code HOWEVER if violation is from the PROHIBITED section of Dress Code…it will be a disqualification.
Guidelines update: 5-point deduction for showing up late (no time added on)
