The new Regional Beginning Teacher Support Collaborative (BTSC) meetings (formerly known as Regional ILCC meetings) are a place to create a networking opportunity for Charters, LEAs, and EPPs (Educator Preparation Programs) across the state. At the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, our mission is to provide collaborative sessions for Educator Prep Programs, and all Public School Units in each of the eight State Board of Education districts across the state to enhance teacher preparation and beginning teacher support programs.
