1. Complete the attached Application Form and Liability Waiver. Please return it to the BIA Office A.S.A.P. there is still time after October 27 to apply and sponsor a display.

2. $150.00 Admin Fee and supply your own display. If you are providing your own light display – please submit description, photos, dimensions and power cord requirements to the Downtown Acton BIA Office by November 3, 2025. The light display will be required by the installation week of November 19, 2025.

Store bought certified "Outdoor Use" displays are gladly welcome and will be reinforced and installed securely on-site.

If you are planning on paying to sponsor a light display (very limited opportunities available) please complete the Application Form and Liability Waiver and return it to the Downtown Acton BIA Office A.S.A.P. (by October 27, 2025) so that we can make arrangements to have a pre-made light display available.

All Light displays will be installed at Prospect Park from November 19 to November 27. Setups for larger displays and wooden cut out type displays will require some assistance to install. If you are providing one of these types of diplays, please have some volunteers available to help with the set up. This will be scheduled by the BIA with the participant to ensure a safe and timely installation.

The Downtown Acton BIA are the hosts / permit holders for this event. The administrative fee is being charged to cover our costs of this event.

We are opening this event up to the community groups and organizations, businesses and citizens of the greater Acton area. This is not limited to Downtown Acton Businesses only.

We have planned space for 30 to 35 displays to be installed along the walking track of the north side of Prospect Park, facing towards the water of Fairy Lake. This is a Pilot Project so parameters may change as the event takes physical form.
