Can my child still come to school?
School remains open for students who have no other option.
Supervision will be provided for students to access the remote learning materials, students will not participate in traditional classroom learning.
If I am an essential worker and I need to send my child to school will they be taught by their classroom teacher?
No.
To minimise the number of staff of site and to cater for the safety of our team our teaching staff are working on a rotating roster, with reduced supervision until otherwise advised. Therefore those students who are on-site may not be supervised by their classroom teacher rather another member of the teaching team.
If my child is attending school are school drop-off and pick-up procedures changed?
School drop-off and pick-up procedures will, for the most, remain unchanged.
There will be minor adjustments to the afternoon pick, with parents and carers now not permitted to be onsite. Students will be dismissed in the afternoon in their stages beginning at 3:10pm.
Students can access the school at both arrival and dismissal via the student gate on Tongarra Road and the back gate via the St Paul's Parish Car Park.
Please follow the directions of staff, wear a mask and maintain physical distancing at all times.
If I forget to mark my child as present on the Google form before 12:00pm do I mark them absent on Compass?
No.
If you forget to mark your child as present (but learning from home) on our Google form before 12:00pm please still continue to fill out the form at your earliest convenience. Do note: that if your child isn't marked as present before 3:00pm you will receive a communication indicating that your child has been marked absent for that day of learning.
What if my child is unwell?
Please ensure that you inform the school if your child is sick and will not be accessing learning on that day via Compass.
Any student who is unwell, even with very mild COVID-19 symptoms, must stay home.
Any student who attends school with any COVID-19 symptoms will be sent home and must present a negative COVID-19 test and be free of symptoms before they return.
Thank you for understanding the importance of these measures in keeping our students, staff and school community safe.
If my child is attending school do they have to wear their school uniform?

All students who are on site are expected to wear the correct school uniform and abide by school rules and regulations.
