I grew up in Louisiana and moved to Russellville in 1998, I graduated from Arkansas Tech University. This will be my 22nd year to teach! The best part about teaching is watching the growth that students make during the school year. When I am not at school, I love spending time with my family. I have 4 kids and we have a very sweet and spoiled basset hound.

This is my 21st year teaching at Dover Elementary. I have taught both 3rd and 4th Grade. I love spending time with my husband, Scottie, our kids Chloe and Ty, and our fur baby, Jack. Chloe recently married Sam and is loving her job teaching preschool in Russellville.Ty is still working toward his electrical degree. As a family, we love spending time together, playing games and floating during the summer.

 I grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2016. This is my 11th year in education, and I love helping students learn, grow, and build confidence each day. Outside of school, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, Aaron, our 2½-year-old son, Nolan Barrett, and our dog, Gizmo. We love making memories together as a family!

I grew up in Dover and am SO excited to be coming home this year! This is my 10th year in education, and I love helping students learn and grow their love for reading! My two bonus kiddos, Jake & Audrey are my absolute favorite and you can catch me chasing them around with all of our craziness!
