Welcome to Admiration Landscaping! These Terms and Conditions govern the services we provide and outline the expectations between you (the “Client”) and Admiration Landscaping (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By hiring us, you agree to the following terms:

1.  Services Offered

We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Lawn care and maintenance

• Garden design and installation

• Tree and shrub trimming

• Irrigation system setup

• Seasonal cleanups and mulching

• Power Washing

• Fence installation

Custom services may be offered upon request and subject to written agreement.

2.  Scheduling & Appointments

• Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.

3.  Payment Terms

• Full Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, check.

• Late payments may incur a 5% fee per week overdue.

• For recurring services, monthly billing is available.

4.  Estimates & Contracts

• Free estimates are provided upon request.

• All work will be outlined in a written contract or service agreement.

• Changes to scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing.

5.  Weather & Delays

• Services may be delayed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will notify clients promptly and reschedule at the earliest convenience.

6.  Liability & Insurance

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside the scope of our work.

• Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and access to the property.

7.  Property Access & Clean-Up

• Clients must ensure clear access to the work area.

• We will clean up debris and waste generated during our services.

• Disposal of large items or hazardous materials may incur additional fees.

8.  Photos & Marketing

• We may take before-and-after photos of our work for promotional purposes.

• No identifying personal information will be shared.

• Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing.

9.  Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.

• Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unethical conditions or any other reason to our discretion.

10.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Solano County.
