Sales Trainee (IEFP)

Sellers Team is responsible for everything that is related to the acquisition and retention of Dott Sellers. This team is also responsible for connecting consumers' needs to the products and services offered, guiding each one through the ideal shopping journey.


About the role/responsibilities

  • Sellers account management;

  • Daily seller’s support, satisfying their needs, requests and development of growth strategies;

  • Establish a sustainable, profitable, and productive relationship with the seller for both parties.



Knowledge, Skills and abilities

  • Negotiation skills;

  • Can do it spirit;

  • High-level communication Skills - needs to love to interact with people on the daily basis;

  • Very organized and goal-oriented;

  • Creativity and team spirit.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or experience in sales projects.


Results we are expecting from the candidate

  • Identify, contact and turn leads into sellers;

  • Your primary goal must be to increase the conversion rate between contacts and sellers onboarded.
