Week of December 3, 2018 K-5 will do Hour of Code Programming
During all computer classes Dec 3-5, 2018 all K-5 students at St. Louis School will join millions of students in ~200 countries by coding (programming) in their computer technology class. We will all go to https://code.org/ on the Internet. Every student will begin with simple block language puzzles and if they want they can advance past the puzzles. All K-5 tudents will have the option to code in every class for the rest of the year. The next Bill Gates might be here and I am trying to find him or her ;) If your child likes coding encourage your child to program at home using https://code.org Programming is one of the top career opportunities now & will continue to be well into the future.
