Mrs. Lippa's Bio

Hi! My name is Mrs. Lippa, and I am so excited to be teaching Fourth Grade at St. Louis School.  It is an honor to be returning to St. Louis.  Two of my children attended school here, where I took part in many volunteer roles.  It is good to be home! Before coming to St. Louis, I taught for many years in our Rochester City Schools.  Here I taught Special Education, as well as grades First through Fourth, in all subject areas.  I hold both Permanent New York State Teacher Certification in Special Education Pre K-12th, as well as Permanent New York State Teacher Certification in Elementary Education K-6.  I attended Our Lady of Mercy HS, and Nazareth College for both undergraduate and graduate work.

I grew up in Penfield, NY.  I am blessed with two amazing parents, and two awesome brothers and their families! My husband Scott and I have three grown children.  Kristin is 30, and lives in Florida,  Elizabeth is 28, and lives in Penfield, both attended Our Lady of Mercy HS,  our son Michael is 23, a graduate of  Mc Quaid, & University of Pittsburgh where he lives currently.

It is with great pleasure that I share my days with you and your children.  I am in awe as I watch them grow in preparation for their future. We are blessed each day that we can be apart of the St. Louis School Community, a warm place where we can put our trust in others, deepen our learning, and gather to give thanks in prayer.  Let us be "One in Christ," with perseverance, faith, and determination!!!
