Supply List for PK4R

Each day of school:

• Backpack with your child's name on it- please make sure it can fit a folder inside

• Water bottle and lunch box (no candy please)

• Play clothes and sneakers with socks (please no slip-on shoes, crocs, or flip flops)

• Jacket or weather appropriate clothing

• Small blanket for Rest Time ( can keep it in your backpack)

For the beginning of school (Please bring to the open house on your assigned modified day):

• Spare set of clothes ( shirt, pants, underwear, socks) in a labeled Ziplock bag

• 4 small glue sticks ( preferably white or clear)

• 2 box of crayons (24 count)

• 1 box of washable markers (classic colors, 10 count)

• 1 box Kleenex

• 4 pack of playdough (any colors)

• 1 roll of paper towels

• 1 box baby wipes

Last names that begin with A-K- 1 box plastic spoons

Last names that begin with L-Z- 1 box gallon size storage bags

As the school year progresses, we may need to replenish supplies. Thank you so very much for your help!
