The purpose of a Tiered System of Supports is to provide a framework for an adaptive, responsive continuum of integrated supports for all employees, that vary in level of intensity. This system is designed to address employees mental health needs by mitigating barriers to development, both in and outside the organization. The graphic provides a visual representation of the process through which campus and district administration and other district staff employees may refer or self-refer to access supports within the tiered system.
