Climb the heights skipping challenge. If you don't have ropes then you can do jumping jacks instead. You teacher may share further details with you if undertaking as a class

4 week Challenge

You can undertake as an individual or a family and tally up your skips each week. These would then be totalled by your teacher and used as part of an overall total.
