Email your teacher to let them know what the problem is and so they know that you are working to find a solution.
Email the Donegal Tech Team at support@donegalsd.org
Include the following:
First and last name of the student
Brief description of the problem

You can try these before contacting support or while you wait to hear back:
Resetting your profile fixes many problems on Chromebooks including clearing cache and cookies which can cause various problems.
Follow these steps on your Chromebook: see image above
Logout (sign out completely) of the Chromebook
Click the on the profile you want to remove
Click the down arrow next to the profile name
Click Remove this user
Click Remove this user again
When the login box pops up again, log back in.
Charging issue:
Make sure you have tried multiple outlets
Zoomed in or out and can’t reset:
Use this keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + 0)
