📋 Family Tasks

1. Fill out the Band Database Form

2. Pay the $50 class fee

3. Pay the $100 rental/percussion fee

4. Note: If you'd rather pay by check, make it out to Dominion High School with Student's Name + Class Fee in memo (e.g., Gary English - Class Fee). Place checks in an envelope in the band room dropbox.

 💪🏻 Fitness Prep

Marching band is a physically demanding activity. To help avoid fatigue and injury when camp starts, now is the time to get moving! Some things you can do to prepare:

• Walk daily

• Run or jog regularly

• Try jumping jacks, jump rope, or plyometric exercises

• Lift light to medium weights

• Start proper hydration

• Stretch often

• Pick up your instrument or equipment for at least 20-30 minutes a day
