Ability = something you can do or exhibit, but may not do as consistently or effectively as desired or required. Something that requires quite a bit of awareness and/or effort and that you would like to continue working on
Challenge = something that feels particularly difficult for you to do or exhibit effectively and consistently. Something that requires prioritization in order to support your professional identity development
