If we are using the online version and we decided to use the offline version is it possible to transfer our data from online to offline?
2. Can we access the online iClinicSys using different browser other than Google Chrome?
Yes, but we encourage you to use Google Chrome to have the full functionality of the system. Some Browser might not be compatible in the other modules of the system.
3. What if our BHS is not listed in our iClinicSys account or our BHS doesn't have available user account?
Check it on the National Heath Facility Registry if the BHS is listed. If it is not, inform the DMO assigned on that area to process the registration. If the BHS is registered on the NHFR, submit a Service Request Form to the ROeHSTS to facilitate the creation of iClinicSys account.
4. Can we delete a patient and consultation?
No, if you need to delete the patient’s data and consultation record you need to ask for our technical assistance.
5. We forgot our password in iClinicSys, how can we retrieve it?
