Institute of Advance Studies

The Institute of Advanced Studies was founded to offer graduate-level education that is both high-quality and reasonably priced to all students in Davao del Norte and the surrounding regions. The institute is home to six (6) CHED-recognized programs, including the PhDEM (Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management), MAEM (Master of Arts in Educational Management), MFM (Master in Fisheries Management-Aquaculture and fish Processing), MSMB (Master of Science in Marine Biodiversity), MST (Master of Science Teaching-Mathematics and Biology), and MABE (Master of Arts in Basic Education – English). In accordance with CHED Memo No. 15, S., all programs have undergone curriculum modifications to be in compliance with the Commission on Higher Education's Policies, Standards, and Guidelines. 2019 and are accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities (AACCUP).
