DNA series conferences are one of most reputed initiatives from BioAxis DNA Research Centre (P) Ltd (https://www.dnares.in/) initiated in 2009 which brings latest developments, Research and Applications of DNA Technology to the public forum. All past conferences were inaugarated by Late Prof Lalji Singh, Father of DNA Fingerprinting in India. Earlier editions of DNA Conferences were organised in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, AP Police Department, Uttar Pradesh Police Department, AP Forensic Laboratory and other reputed Government Bodies. In the current situation of global pandemic COVID19. 8^th Edition of DNA 2021 will be held on 30-31st October in Hyderabad and aims to understand and dwell deeper into the technology that enables us to fight against and withstand such global devastations. Molecular Biology, Microbial technology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, SMART Technologies, Vaccine Development, Drug Discovery etc., are at the forefront in the developing Preventive Methodologies, Therapeutic Medication and Diagnostic Protocols. It is a necessity of the era to build up a healthy society and sophisticated Health care industry.

Note: Depending on the Guidelines from Government as per the COVID Outbreak situation in India, Conference may be organised virtually/online mode.

Theme of 8^th edition of DNA Series Conference is Genomics and Forensic DNA Technologies with a special track focused on “Battling Pandemics with DNA Technology”. Event aims to improve collaboration, Knowledge sharing, Networking and Exchange of ideas for Researchers, Scientists, Industry professionals, Academicians and Students.
