I believe that every student brings a unique set of strengths, needs, and dreams to the classroom. I strive to honor the whole child by building an inclusive, engaging environment where curiosity is celebrated, critical thinking is nurtured, and social-emotional growth is woven into everyday learning. My goal is to create a learning environment that provides a space where students feel safe, capable, and curious. 

In fifth grade, students will take strong ownership of their learning as they grow into more independent thinkers. Throughout the year, we’ll focus on building a strong classroom community where students feel supported, challenged, and empowered. They'll develop important academic and social-emotional skills that will not only help them succeed in fifth grade, but also prepare them for the years ahead.
