By prioritizing social-emotional learning, I create a safe and inclusive environment where students can develop meaningful relationships, self-awareness, and resilience alongside academic skills. Through collaboration and engaging, hands-on experiences, students are encouraged to think deeply, share their ideas, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of their learning. I am especially passionate about fostering a love of reading and creating meaningful literacy experiences that help every child grow into a confident, joyful reader. Above all, I strive to recognize and ignite the genius within every student while ensuring each child feels known, valued, and capable.
