IMO MODEL COURSE 3.12

This IMO Model Course 3.12 provides maritime administrators, trainers, and assessors with the essential competencies to implement STCW training, assessment, and certification requirements, covering international provisions, selection of assessment methodologies, organization of examinations, and the issuance and control of certificates . Participants will master the systematic processes for evaluating seafarer competence, developing written and practical tests, and maintaining uniform certification standards to ensure the effective implementation of the STCW Convention under national law.
