Daemie came highly recommended to me by an experienced criminal defense law firm. I researched her track record and reviewed her Oregon Bar license and found she was spotless. In fact, her experience, education and success in employment law is very impressive compared to her peers at such a young age. I then retained Daemie who worked at another law firm during my initial dismissal proceedings. Although the State "dismissed" me anyways, her brilliant performance to defend and represent me in the pre-dismissal hearing caused me to seek her out at her newly established private practice for the appeals process. There, she successfully represented me against the State during an appeals hearing for Unemployment Insurance Benefits, which resulted in the ALJ ruling in our favor and awarding me back pay. She also successfully represented me in a mediation hearing concerning my dismissal from State service where she did an excellent job negotiating a very favorable $$$ settlement that included scrubbing the dismissal from State service and changing it to a resignation from State service with good standing among other wonderful things!
