District-level LFS Facilitators, please work with your district IT coordinators to ensure that “ARLaunch@ade.arkansas.gov” is whitelisted, along with the other three links referenced in the ADE Commissioner's Memo: LS-26-049 - Statewide Rollout of the LAUNCH for Students (LFS) Platform.

Dear School, District, and ESC Launch for Students (LFS) Facilitators,

Congratulations on being selected to serve in this important role. We’re grateful for your commitment and for those who participated in one of our LFS Facilitator summer training sessions. The summer training series is ending; however, we invite you to join:

The (optional) LFS Facilitator “Drop-In” Technical Assistance Office Hours (every 1st and 3rd Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m.).
A calendar invite is forthcoming (join link: Microsoft Teams Link).

As the 2026-2027 school year begins, we want to ensure you are fully equipped to provide the support your school community needs for a successful Launch for Students implementation. To support your role as the school, district, or ESC LFS Facilitator, please review the “Essential Resources for LFS Facilitators” listed below; these key documents and resources will ensure a successful roll-out of LFS.

LFS Facilitator Portal Access

We are aware that some educators selected as LFS Facilitators currently do not have access to the LFS Advisor Portal. This occurs because, in eSchool, the LFS Facilitator either 1) does not have students directly associated with them or 2) does not have a predetermined role (such as superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, counselor, etc.).

Action Required: If you currently cannot access the LFS Portal:

Action #1:

Go to launch.arkansas.gov
Click on Launch for Students
Click Get Started
Click on Already have an account? Log In
Click on Forgot your password?
Click on Advisor, counselor, or teacher account
Enter your district email (as it appears in eSchool)
Click on Send reset link

You should then receive a password reset email from ARLaunch@noreply.arkansas.gov. If you do not receive a password reset email, check your spam/junk folder. If the email does not arrive in your inbox or spam/junk folder, verify that the required sites have been whitelisted by the district's IT team (see the ADE Commissioner's Memo - LS-26-049- Statewide Rollout of the LAUNCH for Students (LFS) Platform for details).

If Action #1 does not resolve the access issue, then (Action #2) verify the following information with your eSchool coordinator:

Your State/Staff ID is entered correctly in eSchool.
You are showing as verified and active in eSchool.

If you have completed the steps above and still cannot access the LFS Portal (Action #3), please complete the LFS Facilitator Portal Access Form as soon as possible (ideally by Friday, August 21, 2026). Note: If you serve as both a district-level and school-level facilitator, please select the higher level of access ("Tier II (District-Level) Facilitator") as your role on the form.
