Registration includes access to all keynotes, panel discussions, presentation sessions, workshops, tea receptions, lunches on 2 days, and a welcome dinner reception. Preschool visits are added on, based on availability.

What Your Registration Covers:
Your standard delegate fee grants full access to keynotes, plenary discussions, technical paper presentations, and interactive workshops. It also covers two (2) daily lunches, official morning and afternoon tea breaks, and the Welcome Reception. Please note: Local preschool visits are optional add-on activities subject to seat availability.
The 2027 PECERA Annual Conference ("Conference") is jointly hosted by the Philippine Research Association for Early Childhood Education (PRAECE) and the National University (collectively referred to as the "Hosts"). By submitting a registration, attending event activities, or accessing the official conference site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between attendees and the Hosts. The Hosts reserve the right to revise these policies at any point, with updates becoming effective immediately upon online publication.
Process: Attendance requires completing the official online registration form.
Deadlines: The Early Bird Registration period concludes on 15 April 2027.
Pass Validity: Registration grants access to all designated conference sessions. Delegates must present their official registration confirmation email at the check-in desk upon arrival.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances. Should the Hosts cancel the event in its entirety, registration fees will be refunded to paid delegates. The Hosts hold no financial responsibility for secondary expenses, including but not limited to non-refundable hotel reservations or travel arrangements.
Attendees are required to observe all health, safety, and logistical directives issued by event coordinators and venue staff. Attendance is at the participant’s own discretion and risk.
Professional, courteous behavior is expected throughout the conference. Harassment, discriminatory actions, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The Hosts reserve the right to revoke access and remove any individual exhibiting harmful or disruptive conduct, without issuing a refund.
Authors retain full copyright ownership of any research, abstracts, or presentation materials ("Work") submitted to the conference. By submitting your Work, you grant the Hosts a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, display, and distribute it for event-related academic and promotional purposes.
Authors affirm that they hold all necessary rights to grant this license.
Authors guarantee that their submissions do not violate third-party copyright, trade secrets, or proprietary rights.
Conference services and digital materials are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. The Hosts reserve full administrative authority to modify the session schedule, adjust the program, or alter event delivery without advance notice.
By registering through the PRAECE platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the following administrative functions:
Managing your event profile, access credentials, and participation records.
Sending official event updates, processing payments, and addressing delegate inquiries.
Conducting post-conference feedback surveys.
PRAECE acts as the primary data administrator for this form. All data handling aligns with applicable privacy regulations. Delegates may revoke consent for future data processing at any time by contacting philresearchassoc.ece@gmail.com (prior processing remains valid).
The conference environment will be documented using photography, video, and audio recording. By attending, you permit the Hosts and their authorized media partners to capture and utilize your image, voice, and quotes across digital platforms, printed publications, and official media channels for archival and promotional purposes without financial compensation.
Opt-Out Requests: Delegates who prefer not to appear in featured photography must email philresearchassoc.ece@gmail.com prior to the event. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to honor these requests, though incidental inclusion in wide-angle crowd footage may still occur.
Indemnity: Delegates agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Hosts against any claims, losses, legal costs, or damages arising directly or indirectly from a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability: The Hosts shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or data loss associated with conference attendance.
Certain activities or services integrated into the conference program may require separate agreements with external vendors. These third parties operate independently, and the Hosts accept no liability for third-party actions or service disruptions.
This document constitutes the full agreement between the participant and the Hosts regarding the event. Any failure to enforce a provision does not constitute an ongoing waiver of rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes or claims arising in connection with the event shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Philippines.
Liability Disclaimer & Waiver: The Phil. Research Association for Early Childhood Education (PRAECE) assumes no liability or responsibility for any untoward incidents, injuries, or losses occurring outside of the official conference schedule and venue hours.
