Press WASD to move. The prompt should disappear.
Press E when the exclamation point appears beside the map (on the left side of the room).
Press Q after looking at the map to add it to your inventory.
Press V to view the map. Press V or Q again to exit.
Go to the right of the room and look for the light switch on the near wall.
Interact (E) with it.
Click on the Light Switch to turn on the lights.
Watch the lights. When they go dim (or when the SPACE prompt appears), press SPACE.
Keep doing this until you PASS.
Click Continue. A bookshelf should slide open to reveal a door.
Check the writing on the wall. It says "2413". This is the order of which candelabra should be clicked first. The number signifies the placement of the candelabra counting from the left.
Interact (E) with the candelabras on the wall.
Click them in order.
Go to the door on the right.
Interact (E) with the now unlocked door.
Go to the table at the center of the room.
Interact (E) with the note. Then click on the note to read it.
Keep (Q) the note in your inventory.
Go to the top corner of the room and interact (E) with the painting.
Click on the painting to check the back. Then click on the note to read it ("Music Box").
Keep (Q) the note in your inventory.
Go back to the table in the center.
Interact (E) with the music box on the left side of the table.
Click on the lid to open the music box.
Click on the crank on the side of the music box to start playing it.
When the ballerina starts grinding, prepare to press SPACE.
When the ballerina gets stuck (or when the SPACE prompt appears), press SPACE.
Repeat this until you PASS.
Click Continue and a note should pop up below the ballerina. Read it ("I've performed my last dance. It's time I return to my king's side.").
Click on the note and then keep (Q) it in your inventory.
Go to the chess set just below the painting.
Click on the empty square beside the king piece to place the ballerina on the spot.
The drawer will open and you automatically pick up a library card. Read it ("The Picture of Dorian Grey").
Go to the bookshelf near the door.
Interact (E) with the bookshelf and look for the book that matches the title in the library card ("The Picture of Dorian Grey").
Place the library card onto its slot. Then click on the pages to start reading the book.
When the page starts flipping at the corner (or when the Left Mouse Button prompt appears), click the Left Mouse Button.
Repeat this for each slow page flip until you PASS.
Click on the page with the note. Read it ("I think we all know DEATH is the answer you're looking for in the end.").
Keep (Q) the note in your inventory.
Go back to the cryptex on the table in the center of the room.
Interact (E) with the cryptex and click on it.
Click on the letters to cycle through each segment to spell out "DEATH".
Click on the key that pops out.
Keep (Q) the key in your inventory.
Go to the door on the far left of the room.
Interact (E) with the door to unlock it and exit the room.
Each set of display cases on each side of the room has a ring. Pick (E) all 3 rings up.
Look for the jewelry box in one of the display cases near the other door.
Place all 3 rings into the slots.
Click on the matchbox and keep (Q) it in your inventory.
Spot the painting to the left of the exit door. The eyes of the woman are cut-out.
Interact (E) with the painting and click on her eyes.
When the matchbox shakes, prepare to press SPACE.
When the match is lit, prepare to click Left Mouse Button.
When the matchbox shakes for a third time (or the SPACE prompt appears), press SPACE.
When the match stays lit (or the LMB prompt appears), press LMB.
Repeat this until you PASS.
Once the eyes have been burnt, click the letter behind the burnt hole to read it ("...3 bust sculptures...").
Keep (Q) the letter in your inventory.
Go the the 3 bust sculptures on the top left side of the room.
Interact (E) with them then read the writings on the plaques.
Click on the corresponding organs used to perform the act on the plaques (SEE - Eye, HEAR - Ear, SPEAK - Adam's Apple).
A panel should open up at the bottom of the center bust.
Click the hammer and keep (Q) it in your inventory.
Go to the big mural in the center of the room. Interact (E) with it.
Tap on the mural to knock on it and find the hollow spots (4).
Drag the hammer to the hollow spots to break the mural.
This will automatically trigger the next stage.
On the top corner of the room, there's a circular object beside the iron bars.
Interact (E) with the object.
Click on the rings to form the image using the center as the basis. Tip: start from the middle to easily see the match-up of the bird.
When matched completely, the center of the object will be unlocked and a pipe with a note wrapped around it can be pulled out.
Click on the note. Read the note ("Where the bird was freed from.).
Keep (Q) the note and the pipe in your inventory.
Go to the center of the room to find the large birdcage.
Interact (E) with the birdcage to try and reel it down.
Click on the rope pulley to start pulling down the birdcage.
When the cage is reeling down, prepare to press SPACE to loosen the pulley.
When the cage is reeling up, prepare to press LMB to hit it back down.
When the cage stops reeling (or when the key prompt appears), press SPACE or LMB correspondingly.
Repeat this until you PASS.
Click on the fallen birdcage. Click on it to break it open and pick up the piece of the insignia.
Keep (Q) the piece in your inventory.
Go to the left corner of the room and interact (E) with the barrel.
The insignia piece will be placed on the barrel. Drag it to its corresponding position on the locked box.
Go back (Q) to the room and spot the group of barrels off to the side.
Interact (E) with each barrel to collect the pieces. Get only the pieces that aren't rusting or broken down. There are a total of 5 pieces from these barrels.
Go back to the main barrel and drag the rest of the insignia pieces together onto the locked box.
Collect the 3 keys from the unlocked box. Go back (Q).
Exploring the room, you will spot multiple keyholes scattered around.
Spot these 3 objects, the chest is at the bottom side, the chain is at the right corner, and the pillory is in the top corner beside the twisting object.
Interact (E) will all 3 while holding 3 keys to unlock all of them. This will unlock the cell behind the wall of iron bars.
Go to the center of the newly unlocked cell to find the Guillotine.
Interact (E) with the Guillotine to inspect it.
Click on the rope to bring down the guillotine.
When the white or grey mannequin head approaches the blade, prepare to press SPACE.
When they stop approaching (or the SPACE prompt appears), press SPACE.
When the blade raises on the grey mannequin head, prepare to press Left Mouse Button.
When the blade is raised to the top, press LMB to drop it.
Repeat this until you PASS.
Click on the severed mannequin head.
Click on the doorknob inside the mannequin head.
Keep (Q) the doorknob in your inventory.
Go to the door at the back of the cell.
Interact (E) to unlock and exit.
Follow the hallway until you reach an intersection.
Follow the left hallway.
Interact (E) with the contraption on the wall at the end of the hallway.
Drag the knobs up based on how many lines are drawn on them.
The last 3 knobs ("895") lights up once done.
Go back (Q) and follow the hallway to a living room.
Go to the left side of the living room and find the radio on the table.
Interact (E) with the radio and Scroll to station 89.5.
The radio will start scrolling through all the stations. When the pin scrolls from the right to the middle, prepare to click Left Mouse Button.
When the pin gets stuck on the left, prepare to press SPACE.
When the pin reaches the center, click Left Mouse Button.
When the squiggles appear, press SPACE.
Repeat this until you PASS.
Click on the tonearm from inside the radio.
Keep (Q) the tonearm in your inventory.
Go to the right end of the room and find the record player on the table.
Interact (E) with the record player to check the discs and the player.
Click on the record player and put the tonearm back in its place.
Go back (Q) and click on the discs to select one.
Click on the discs to cycle through the options and look for the one titled "Savvy Lover".
Go back (Q) and click on the record player again to place the disc on it.
Click on the placed disc until the scratch matches the tonearm.
Go back (Q) and an alcove opens up revealing a mannequin.
Go to the center of the room then right to find the alcove.
Interact (E) with the mannequin to start the photoshoot.
Click on the pieces of paper on the right of the camera to read the newspaper clippings. Click on them again to put them back.
Set up the sets using the levers on the left and the newspaper clippings.

After setting up each scene, click on the camera to take the picture. Do this for each to get 3 photographs.
A panel on the wall opens up when the 3 photographs have been shot.
Click on the lever in the revealed panel.
Keep (Q) the lever in the revealed panel.
Go to the next room by looking for the hallway with the tiled floor.
Go to the right side and look for the projector screen.
Interact (E) with the praxinoscope and click on the slot for the missing lever.
When the projection slows down, prepare to press SPACE.
When the projection dims, prepare to press Left Mouse Button.
When the projection stops facing you (or when the SPACE prompt appears), press SPACE.
When the projection is dim and facing left (or when the LMB prompt appears), press LMB.
The final frame of the projection is pointing to the left.
Go back (Q) and check what it's pointing at.
Approach the suspicious frame.
Interact (E) with it to examine it.
