Class Academic Excellence Award
A certificate of recognition is rendered to the students who have met the grade criteria as stated below:
Gold Medallion: GWA of 3.7-4.0
Silver Medallion: GWA of 3.4-3.699
Bronze Medallion: GWA of 3.0-3.399
Criteria:
a. A grade 2.0 or higher in all subjects.
b. A Deportment grade of 2.0 or higher.
Exemplary Conduct Certificate
A certificate of merit is given every trimester to a student who has a grade of 3.5 or higher in Deportment and has no record of any Minor Offense that merits a written warning.
General Execellence Award
These awards are given to the top performing students of the graduating class who have met the criteria stated below.
Awards to be given are as follows:
Gold Medallion: GWA of 3.7-4.0
Silver Medallion: GWA of 3.4-3.699
Bronze Medallion: GWA of 3.0-3.399
Criteria:
a. Student must have completed Grades 11-12 in De La Salle University Integrated School.
b. The general weighted average of all academic grades from Grades 11-12 must be met.
c. A grade 2.0 or higher in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11 and 12.
d. A Deportment grade of 2.0 or higher in all trimesters of the current academic year.
SHS Special Academic Awards
A Medal of Excellence is awarded to a student with a general average of 3.7-4.0 consistently in all trimesters from Grades 11-12 in each of the track/ strand.
Criteria:
a. A grade of 2.0 or higher in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11 and 12.
b. A Deportment grade of 2.0 or higher in all trimesters in the current academic year.
Exemplary Conduct Award
A medal and a certificate are given at the end of the school year to students who are consistent recipient of the Exemplary Conduct Certificate in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
Perfect Attendance Award
A certificate is given to a student who has not incurred any absence or tardiness in any synchronous class during the school year.
Loyalty Award
A medal is awarded to a student who has completed Grades 1-12 at De La Salle University Integrated School or any member school of the De La Salle Philippines system.
Brother Andrew Gonzalez Leadership Award
This is awarded to a graduating student who has shown the ability to be of positive and effective influence in the school community and has earned the respect of the student body in the pursuit of various student-related activities.
Criteria:
a. A weighted average of 2.0 or higher with no grade below 1.5 in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
b. A grade of 2.0 or higher in Deportment in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
c. No incomplete or deferred grade in all trimesters in any subject from Grades 11-12.
d. Currently an active member of an organization or committee that would manifest his/her leadership capacities.
Brother Rafael Donato Service Award
This is awarded to a graduating student who has consistently exemplified the Lasallian Core Value of Service by engaging in constant self-improvement and excellence to be able to respond to the needs of others for the betterment of the community.
Criteria:
a. A weighted average of 2.0 or higher with no grade below 1.5 in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
b. A grade of 2.0 or higher in Deportment in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
c. No incomplete or deferred grade in all trimesters in any subject of the current academic year. No proven major offense in all trimester of the current academic year.
d. Currently an active member of an organization or committee that would manifest his/her service to the community.
Outstanding Athlete Award
This award is given to a male &/or female graduating student who has distinguished himself/herself in any sport from Grade 11 to 12; or whose outstanding accomplishment or performance in his/her sport has brought him/her and the school recognition.
Criteria:
a. No grade below 1.5 in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
b. A Deportment grade of 2.0 or higher in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
c. No incomplete or deferred grade in all trimesters in any subject of the current academic year.
d. Currently an active member of the DLSU IS Varsity team or participated in any recognized NSA (National Sports Association) competition.
Leandro V. Locsin Artist Award
This is awarded to graduating students who have excelled in the field of Music, Dance, Theatre, Literary, Journalism, Oral Communication Arts, Visual, Multimedia, and whose outstanding accomplishments in Grades 11 and 12 have brought him/her and the school recognition.
Criteria:
a. No grade below 1.5 in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
b. A Deportment Grade of 2.0 or higher in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
c. No incomplete or deferred grade in all trimesters in any subject of the current academic year.
d. An active member of an organization or club related to the award for the past two (2) academic years, and/or has participated in any activities or competitions that brought him/her and the school recognition.
Br. Ceci Hojilla FSC Award
This recognition is given to Grade 12 students who have excelled in extra/co-curricular activities, and whose involvement in various student development programs in and out of the school has exemplifi ed a total and holistic formation reflective of a true Lasallian student. Student must have met the ECC grade requirement as set forth by the Honors and Awards Committee, and has no grade below 1.5 in any subject in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
St. Br. Miguel Febres Cordero Research Award
This award is given to a graduating research mentee or research group who manifests exemplary knowledge and skills in the field of STEM, ABM, HUMSS, ADT, and SpT. The research mentee or group’s capstone project demonstrates scientific literacy, critical thinking abilities, and/or artistic craftsmanship necessary to respond to the globalizing trend of continued development and innovations in the field of STEM, ABM, HUMSS, ADT, and SpT. The mentee or group must have the capacity to integrate all areas in most daily endeavors.
Criteria:
a. No grade below 2.0 in specialized subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
b. No grade below 1.5 in all subjects in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
c. A Deportment Grade of 2.0 or higher in all trimesters from Grades 11-12.
d. An accepted research manuscript or capstone project in any academic journal, or internal/external conferences.
Outstanding Lasallian Achiever Award
This prestigious award is conferred on a graduating student who is an epitome of an ideal Lasallian graduate characterized by the values of Faith, Service and Communion in Mission as professed by its founder, St. John Baptist De La Salle.
Criteria:
a. Student must have completed Grades 7-12 in De La Salle University Integrated School or any member school of the De La Salle Philippines system.
b. A weighted average of 3.0 or higher with no grade below 2.0 in all trimesters for all subjects in Grades 11 and 12.
c. Grades in Christian Living, and Deportment should be 3.0 or higher in all trimesters in Grades 11 and 12.
d. Active participation in co-and extra-curricular activities both in and out of the school.
