Application Procedure as a Junior Paragon for Manila
Fill out the enlistment form to be provided during enlistment week
Submit the needed requirements stated in the enlistment form through the requirements google form:
Filled out application form
Signed parents' consent form
Copy of your Term 1 Grades (Grade 12 applicants) or Grade 10 grades (Grade 11 applicants)
Committee-specific requirements
You will be notified for an interview after filling out BOTH the enlistment and requirements form
Attend the interview and do your best!
Await an email regarding the status of your application

What if I don’t have a copy of my Grade 10 report card (Term 1 Enlistment Only)?
Your most recent report card would suffice as long as it shows your academic grades.
Where can I find a list of the organization’s past projects or campaigns?
You can check our information desk to know our past projects under the “Who we are”
What happens if I don’t pass all the requirements?
Your application will be voided if you do not submit all the requirements.
Will Junior Paragon have interviews?
Yes. Junior Paragon will conduct interviews. More details regarding the interviews will be sent via email once you have accomplished the enlistment form.
Will Junior Paragon be opening their applications for Terms 2 and 3?
Junior Paragon will only accept applicants during Term 1 and Term 2. Once a student gets into the organization, they will no longer need to apply again for the upcoming terms.

A parent or guardian's consent must be acknowledged for you to join Junior Paragon. This will be submitted along with the application form. Kindly follow the instructions stated in the consent form.
For formality, an application form in a form of a document should be submitted together with the committee requirements, consent form, and the grades. Kindly follow the instructions.
