My values remain to what my parents have instilled to me in the past. I remain to be family-oriented, loyal to friends and relatives, and focused on my goal of being a doctor (or medical researcher) in the future. These is how I function on a daily basis, that I will always try to uphold.
Unlike my values that are constant, my beliefs remain to be an ever-evolving phenomena. As I strive to learn about the topics that requires us to make a stance, there will be various changes that will occur in my beliefs. I will admit that I was raised in a conservative household, but since entering school and being able to have the necessary resources to make a rationalized decision regarding my stance, I am able to craft a true and genuine beliefs regarding specific issues.
I recognize that my actions are rooted from what is best for my family, friends, and people that trusted me to do the work. Hence, this vision is accurate in depicting what I am doing as an individual, a family member, a friend, and a student. This vision solidifies how I function as an individual who cares deeply to the people who made me who I am today.
The vision statement make me excited to move forward in a life that has a mission to do – caring for the people I love and people that entrusted me to do the job. The vision statement also acknowledges that I am still a “work in progress”, which makes me not fear change.
The vision statement will be integrated in my personal and professional life through recognizing it as a powerful ethos that can push me forward everyday. Every action is for them. Every decision is for them. Every success is and will always be for them.
