The ENGLICOM Training Program aims to recruit and train aspiring ENGLICOM Trainees to become future ENGLICOM Officers. The ENGLICOM Trainees will undergo different sets of workshops, events, and team-building activities that will further enhance their leadership abilities as they develop and grow to become well-rounded individuals.
