The Information & Content Team is responsible for producing reliable content for publicity materials on the Student Council's social media platforms. Members of this team are usually tasked to collect, organize, and carry out information in an appropriate and easily understandable manner. For events, they coordinate with heads and other moderators to gather the necessary details to disseminate to fellow Lasallians.
The Partnerships Team is responsible for assisting the partnership head in tracking and managing partnership requests and records asked by the DLSU-IS LSC. Members of the Partnerships Team aid the partnership head in replying to partnership emails once the Student Council approves. They also scout and coordinate with organizations, individuals, and other services and providers necessary in fulfilling an event or activity.
The Social Actions Team upholds the school's mission by conceptualizing and executing outreaches outside the school and committing charitable work within the constitution. Alongside the Logistics Team, they are also on the frontline for planning, proposing, and managing the Student Council's upcoming events or activities. Consequently, they often coordinate with StratComm, moderators, and other involved individuals to prepare events.
The videographers play a crucial role in documenting during the student council's events and activities. Videographers are always present at events organized by the Student Council as they capture every live moment with their equipment. The Video Editors are responsible for editing the produced videos taken by the videographers to post on the DLSU-IS Social Media Platforms.
In coordination with the event heads and moderators, the Graphic Artists are responsible for producing the necessary publicity materials to be posted on the official social media platforms and public venues inside the school. Everything that requires artistic abilities, whether for online display or during event preparations, is usually done by the members of the Graphic Team.
Event hosts are the ones who lead and host the events headed by the Student Council. Often, they put together the script to be followed in their designated events. These hosts play a significant role in promoting audience engagement, setting the mood, and carrying out the planned flow of an event.
The Technical Team is Student Council's backbone in fulfilling technical support. Members of this team control the sound systems, PowerPoints, background music, broadcasting equipment, and other technical factors significant in the events prepared by the Student Council.
The committee assists the student activities moderator on matters about student activities such as performing arts, sports, and literary events. They also advocate the concerns of the student body on matters of student activities. They coordinate with the relevant clubs/organizations in their offices.
The Co-Media Moderators mainly assist the media moderator in coming up with engaging captions for their assigned PubMats and takes part in the scheduling of posting those publicity materials. They are also considered the official co-moderators of all social media platforms of the Laguna Student Council in coordination with the Public Relations Officer.
The Logistics Team, alongside the Social Actions Team, oversees all the activities to be done for any event held by the student council. They assist in managing tasks such as putting together floor plans of a location to be used, arranging security for a particular event, and directing the flow of events.
