In Step 3: Selection of Payment Plan page, if the voucher item is not visible under the Adjustments, check the Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) by clicking "Download EAF". You should be able to find the voucher item under the Discounts and Other Charges and should already be deducted in the total assessment amount. 

Otherwise, this means that the voucher has not been applied to your assessment yet. To report this issue, please coordinate directly to the ORBE by sending an email to ORBE@dlsu.edu.ph or SHS.ORBE@dlsu.edu.ph.
