In reference to the VCA HDA dated 26 May 2022 re: Pure Online Learners for Term 1 AY 2022-2023, may we inform the Undergraduate Students on the procedure for submission on application:
1) Students who intend to apply for Pure Online Learners for Term 1 AY 2022-2023 must apply with their respective associate deans using this form on or before June 13, through Google Forms
2) Request shall be evaluated and approved by the Associate Dean of your College.
3) Copy of the approved form will be sent back to the student by the respective Associate Dean. The approved form should be presented to the professors as proof of the student’s status as a pure online learner.
4) In order to ascertain courses and the number of basic, foundation, and major classes that need to be offered as Type A or Type AB, there shall be a special pre-enlistment for pure online learners from June 8 to 14.

Due to the adjustments of the academic calendar, the BAGCED Departments have agreed upon to move some major courses from TERM 3 to be offered coming Term 2, AY 2021-2022.
With that in mind, we wish to inform you that there will be additional course offerings to be taken and followed this coming enlistment.
Such courses that are to be taken supposedly during Term 3 will be moved/taken on Term 2 instead, due to the removal of Term 3 as proposed by the university’s academic council.
