Filing a Leave of Absence covers the whole term not a day or week only. Students must NOT be enlisted in the suceeding term if they intend to file for an Leave of Absence.

Once done, upload the document to this Google Form.

The ORD facility will be accessible every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, except Holidays. This will open every 9:00 AM and close once the daily limit has been reached.

Regular processing days shall be 10 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Christmas break.
