1. Log in to your portal using the temporary ID number generated by our system.
2. Click the "Online Advising" on the left panel then choose Installment Plan.
3. Click the "Block Section" button then click "Proceed". (No need to click the checkbox of each subject).
4. Choose your preferred section then click "Proceed". Note that once you confirm your section, you are not allowed to change it anymore.
5. All subjects of the selected section will be automatically selected then click "SAVE".
6. List of subjects advised with schedule will be displayed then click SAVE.
7. View / Screenshot / Print your Assessment Form.
8. Proceed to Online Payment.
9. Under the Pay Down Payment tab, the amount in Pay Down Payment is automatically displayed based on the down payment indicated on your Assessment Form.

10. After one (1) working day, please log-in to your applicant's portal using your Temporary ID Number for you to get your new Student ID number (see the screenshot below).
Log- in using your new Student ID Number as your Username & Password. Once Log-in, you will assigned your preferred Username and Password.
11. Please like and follow our official Facebook page (DLSHSI Admission and Scholarships) for further announcements, such as the date of Regular Enrollment Start of Class, Senior High and Institutional Orientation, Academic Calendar updates, etc.

Note:
Students who wish to pay the tuition fee in full (to avoid installment fees) should log in to your student portal to check the updated Assessment Form and pay the necessary fees until the last day of our regular enrollment date.

1. Email our ICT Department at office365-email@dlsmhsi.edu.ph and provide the following information attached to the scanned / screenshot copy of your Certificate of Registration so you can secure your Institutional Email Address Account.

Note:
You can view your Certificate of Registration under "Enrollment" and then "Fees Paid During Enrollment" on the left panel.
After your Enrollment Period, you shall receive an email from our ICT Department for your Microsoft 365 account and your Institutional Email Address.

2. Using your institutional email address, please email our Center for Innovative Education and Technology Integration (CIETI) at cieti@dlsmhsi.edu.ph and provide the following information attached to the scanned / screenshot copy of your Certificate of Registration for you to secure your iLS.Cloud Account:

Once available, submit the following requirements through snail mail/courier/personal submission with the following information for you to clear your Provisional Enrollment status:
