To the Face to face Entrance Examination takers:

1. Return to your designated computer and log in to your applicant portal to select your interview schedule and access the Zoom link for your chosen program.

2. Log in to Zoom (ensure you have uploaded the soft copy of your grades on the link below (change the filename of your Grades with your full name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial)) and wait for the proctor to assign you to your interviewer's breakout room.

3. Attend and complete your interview.

4. Proceed to the Temporary Admission Office (Academic Extension Room 1) to submit the signed reservation and early enrollment forms.

5. Proceed to the Temporary Cashier’s Office (Room ___) to pay the reservation fee or down payment (for early enrollment).

6. Log in to the portal to select your preferred medical examination schedule.

7. Wait for further announcements regarding the Regular Enrollment Schedule.

8. For applicants who proceed with Early Enrollment, go to Academic Extension Room 3 for uniform measurement.
