SCHOOL INNOVATION AMBASSADOR
Our school has been selected across India to participate in the pilot project of the aforesaid program and four teachers from our school Ms. Charu Dhodi, Ms. Ekta Nijhawan Seth , Ms. Shruti Goel and Ms. Minaxi Kapur were nominated to attend the training sessions for the AIOT integration in curriculum so that they work collaboratively to implement this unique initiative. Our teachers also got the opportunity to be a part of the Launch of AI Facilitator Community.
Six of our faculty members (Ms. Gargi Chhabra, Ms. Seema Sharma, Ms. Charu Dhodi, Ms. Ekta Seth, Ms. Shruti Goel and Ms. Jolly Sharma ) have successfully completed School Innovation Ambassadors Training Program (SIATP) and became the Innovation Ambassadors of the Ministry of Education. Smt. Anita Karwal (Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy), Smt. Nidhi Chhibber (Chairperson, CBSE) and Prof. Anil D Sahasrabudhe (Chairman, AICTE) addressed the Innovation Ambassador of the MoE on 1st July 2022. MoE’s Innovation Cell also launched the School Innovation Council (SIC) where the Innovation Ambassadors by default became the members of the SIC committee.
Ms. Charu Dhodi, Ms. Shruti Goel, Ms. Anisha Rastogi, Ms. Varsha Sharma and Mr. Santosh Giri were awarded certificates for successful completion of International Bootcamp for educators on coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and robotics accredited by ARTPARK, STEMpedia and STEM.org in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission.
ATL- DL DAV Model School Pitampura got selected as '#ATL School of the Month' for November 2022 by Atal Innovation Mission NITI Aayog.

Sanchi Bansal, a student of class IX, has won 1st place in the ‘Advanced Category’ of Girls in 'Tech Virtual Coding Competition' organised by Kode with Kids@School, Singapore. She was Winner of CSIR Jigyasa Vigyan Mahotsav 2022 and was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 1 Lakh.
National
Three students from our school got selected for the Inspire Manak Award scheme for the year 2022-23 from Delhi state and will be awarded with Rs.10,000 each for making their prototype- Sanchi Bansal, Arjun Manocha and Tarika Ajmani.
Sanchi Bansal, student of class IX and Arjun Manocha, student of class VIII were selected among top 50 winners and were awarded a certificate of excellence for Sony BBC Earth – YOUNG EARTH CHAMPIONS CONTEST.
2 teams are among top 100 teams in ATL Tinkerpreneur 2022.

Team AI Glove, consisting of Gautam Gupta (XII), Sanchi Bansal (IX) and Pratyush Mehra (IX) is among the top 25 teams in Youth Ideathon 2022. As part of the level, they received INR 10,000 to deploy an actual prototype having societal impact.
13 teams from our school have been qualified amongst the top 1000 teams under YOUTH IDEATHON - the innovation and entrepreneurship competition for school students at National level from around 30,000 teams.
