A bit about me: I was raised in a tiny town in Eastern Montana. I came to Minot in 1998 to play basketball and run track for the Beavers. I graduated from college with a degree in Physical Education, however my first job ended up being a paraprofessional working with students with special needs rather than as a PE teacher. I loved it! It was challenging and ever-changing. So, that same year, I found myself back in college working toward my Master's Degree in Special Education. I came to Burlington in 2008 as the Special Education Strategist. I am also the head basketball coach for the Lady Lakers!
