DSHS Career & Technical Education (CTE)

Career Technical Education (CTE) is a purposively planned program of study that involves a multiyear sequence of courses which integrate core academic knowledge with technical skills and professional abilities to provide students a pathway toward postsecondary education and career success options.

DSHS CTE programs and courses are industry linked and designed to help students reach career success in high-demand, high-wage jobs of the future that are valued across our local and regional economies.
