Here is some general guidance that might be helpful:

1. Head injuries are the most common occurrence.
2. Don't attempt to hold the person down, but keep them safe by moving objects they might fall onto.
3. If on the floor, roll them gently on their side and place something soft under the head.
4. Don't put anything in their mouth.
5. They may sleep for a while after the seizure. It's pretty draining.
