Methodology of the work

METHODOLOGY OF MY WORK

1.  In this study, firstly, I will conduct a study on food sign language.

2.  After that, I will review some related papers.

3.  Then, I will select sign language signs for some common food.

4.  I will collect images from people around, and then, I will generate an image dataset for this study.

5.   Using this dataset, I will train some state-of-the-art pre-trained models, as transfer learning works very well in image classification.

6.  Finally, I will develop a deep learning based model using my generated dataset and the diagnosis performance of the model will be evaluated using several experiments.
