By research we will identify which things need to change in those apps and find out major major problems facing by the user while using those apps and the reason of quitting using those apps and how can we over came this big problem. Beside this , we will prepare usability check list for each apps which are needed to fix immediately. And also find out the way, how can we make those national apps popular nation wide.
