Mind Map Of Career Planning ~

The mind map on my career plan is on aloft. Basically, anyone's plan depends based on many different things. For my career plan, 8 major things which I found besides education on career plans are Long term goals, role models, experience, interest, opportunities, failure, skills, lifestyle, and abilities. Hereby long-term goal, I mean where I want to see myself after five years. With the ultimate goal, I want to be a successful business person operating my own business. Anyone's common role models can be their relatives, foundations which are helping people, richest peoples of the world and many more as inspiration for what to be in life. My role models are those unique people who got success after lots and lots of fail. I currently don't have any work experience but it also sometimes affects many people's career plans if they have one.

The most important thing is which things I have an interest in can make my career on that thing. It can be Business where I need to focus on Financial status, the ability to budget, some people can have their Career plan as a job where they need to focus on how to get, where can work or scopes and opportunities. But Opportunities can help it alone for any kind of career I think. Internal connections and external networking with relatives, friends, known persons can provide a lot of opportunities as well. How I want to live my life comes to the discussion point of my career plan. Because I will definitely live my life based on which career I take. On abilities to do anything - my strengths and weakness appear. Which skills I don't have and personality I should have are my weakness. On career planning, those sometimes come as obstacles of choosing a career where I need to improve myself. Sometimes we don't get what we want. that time we should try to overcome the problems and archive the thing on what we fail, otherwise, career plans can fail too. Practical, individual, and teamwork skills I think are directly connected with the career plan. whatever career I choose, should know to motivate my assistant, investment techniques if doing business or working for any organization. The software literally nowadays most required thing for almost every work from technical skill, social communication skill or it can be arranging a meeting, people from team working skills. Without those things, there are so many things based on what people choose their future, choose their career, change their lifestyle, known for success.
