Since 2015-2017 Successfully managed scout programs, events, freshers training and camps. Through the position i have learned how to manage a big team those have different different thinking, opinion, mentality. Was not much easy to control them but by my leader ship skill i have managed them technically. As Captain is responsible to communicate school authority and Upzila Scout officers for getting fund and permission for event to doing these task i have experience to work with teacher and professionals.
