Training 

During the monthly training sessions organized by HRDI and the Department, I aim to efficiently share my experiences and learning. I begin with a quick recap of the training's focus, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Then, I highlight the most valuable insights I gained, explaining how these insights align with our work. I delve into real-life examples to make the content relatable and share how I plan to integrate these learnings into my tasks. If I encountered challenges, I mention them along with the solutions I found. I encourage an open discussion to foster engagement and collaboration among peers. I conclude by emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and invite others to apply the newfound knowledge. This approach ensures a concise and effective sharing session that benefits both me and my colleagues.
