On 27th May 2025  the Quantum Computing Research and Development Centre (QCRDC), DIU, successfully hosted a seminar titled “Unfolding the Realm of Quantum Computing.” This online event marked a significant step in our mission to raise awareness and spark curiosity about the future of quantum technology among students and faculty.

The session introduced participants to the fundamental concepts of quantum computing, contrasted it with classical computing, and explored its transformative potential across industries. The seminar featured interactive discussions, a visual presentation of quantum principles, and a showcase of real-world applications using platforms like IBM Qiskit.

With over 70+ participants in attendance, the event reflected the growing interest in quantum technologies within the academic community. Attendees received a PDF copy of the presentation slides and a recording of the session for further study.

This event served not only as an educational experience but also as the launchpad for our Quantum Computing Lab's public engagement and future activities.
