Currently, I serve as the Manager of Operations at Aemers Admission Worldwide and GREC BD, where I lead operational strategies, streamline processes, and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employment, and payroll. I oversee a dedicated team that provides exceptional support in university admissions counseling, helping students navigate complex application and visa processes for top institutions worldwide. Additionally, I assist students with test preparation for GRE, GMAT, IELTS, Digital SAT, and Duolingo, helping them bridge the gap between their academic goals and career aspirations.
