About Me

Md. Asif Iqbal Saikot is a young and talented executive in business development and operation at ARA Technologies Limited. He completed his BA Hon's in English at Daffodil International University, after completing his SSC and HSC from Cumilla Board.

In addition to his formal education, Asif Iqbal has completed a course in Business Communication through the Global Access Asia-GAA online learning platform, AUPF. He is also an active participant in various extracurricular activities at Daffodil International University. Currently, he is serving as the President of Youthmappers and the Vice President of the English Speaking Platform (ESP). He has previously served as Media & Communication Secretary and General Secretary of the English Literary Club (ELC) and was also selected as a Student Ambassador at Hult Prize DIU.

Asif Iqbal is actively involved in volunteering and organizing prestigious events, such as BELTA National Conference 2017, TEDxDaffodilU, Asian Universities Presidents Forum-AUPF 2019, and International Conference of Post Colonial Perspectives 2020. He also has a passion for writing short stories and has published his work in the literary magazine "Daffodil Review."

Moreover, Asif Iqbal possesses IT knowledge and skills. In fact, he received the Best Google Site Design Award 2019 from Daffodil International University. He is also an entrepreneur and has started his IT business, TechverseIT which provides IT solutions and web design services.

Overall, Asif Iqbal is a multi-talented and dedicated individual who has achieved a lot at a young age. His diverse skills and experiences make him a valuable asset to any organization he works for.

My ACTIVITIES

English Literary CLub

I have been working for English Literary Club since 2016. Then i become Media & Communication Secretary of this club.

I have organized so many program with the club such as Poetry Recite Session, Cosplay & Drama Fest, Daffodil Review, Children Film Fest etc.

HELPING MIND DIU

I am an executive member of Helping mind Diu. It is a voluntary organization.

To develop large population through self-reliance, by organizing various programs involving unemployed unemployed young people, working people, distressed women street children and backward people in the remote areas of Dhaka.

Belta National Conference

I was worked in BELTA national Conference 2017 as a volunteer.

It Was held in Daffodil International University. I have won the certificate of BELTA national Conference.

NEws paper reading session

I have anchored in a newspaper reading session powered by The Daily Star in 71 Milonayoton, Daffodil International University.

Chief Guest: Mahfuz Anam, Editor of The Daily Star.

Literary ADDA

I worked for TEDxDaffodilU as a volunteer. It was a great experience to having all the valuable speakers. Like Hossain Khalid, Ayesha J. Bibha, Ayman Sadiq, Zaiba Tahyya, Quazi M. Ahmed, Kaniz Fatema.

I started working on Hult Prize at DIU as a students Ambassador. The Hult Prize is the world's largest student competition for social good.The Prize is a partnership between Hult International Business School and CGI.

Youthmappers at DIU

I started working as a President of Youthmappers at Daffodil International University from August 2, 2019.

It's a great privilege for the students of Daffodil International University, Dhaka to map for humanitarian purposes.

Asian University Presidents Forum (AUPF)

I worked for Asian Universities Presidents Forum (AUPF-19) as a volunteer in Daffodil International University, Dhaka. It was held in 22nd to 24th December. There were 58 international guest, those who are the actual key decision maker in their university such as, Presidents, VC, Rector, etc
